Jesse DiLaura is a founder and operator with experience building and supporting businesses at the early stages of growth. A Temple University graduate, Jesse began his entrepreneurial career while still in school, founding his first six figure business out of his dorm room repairing mobile phones.
Following the launch of his first venture, Jesse continued to work alongside growing companies in operational and support roles, gaining hands-on exposure to what it takes to sustain and manage a business. Rather than pursuing shortcuts, his focus has remained on fundamentals, process, and accountability. He is now applying that disciplined approach as he begins his journey in e commerce, emphasizing structure, repeatability, and long-term viability.

Chief Operating Officer
Matthew Borowsky is the Chief Operating Officer of PhillyEcomm, where he oversees day-to-day operations, systems, and execution across the platform. Matthew has built his career around operational leadership, business development, and process optimization, working closely with founders and operators to drive sustainable growth.
With a focus on structure, accountability, and scalability, Matthew is responsible for ensuring that PhillyEcomm’s operating model remains efficient, repeatable, and aligned with long-term objectives. He works across teams to refine workflows, improve execution, and support partners as they launch and grow their ecommerce businesses.

What exactly do you do day to day?

We use a revenue split to keep incentives aligned. You retain the majority of the store’s gross revenue each month, while our team earns a portion for operating and managing the store.
How long does it take for a store to launch?
From onboarding to launch, the process typically takes 30 to 40 days. Stores go live as soon as setup and onboarding are complete, then begin ramping from there.
What happens if I want to exit or sell the store?
Because you own the store outright, you can sell it to anyone you choose. You are not locked into us, and there are no restrictions on transferring ownership if you decide to exit.
How involved do I need to be once the store is live?
Very little. Most owners are hands-off day to day. We handle operations, decisions, and optimization, while you retain ownership and visibility into performance.
